the adults only pool was very good. it had quick service and many drink choices. i enjoy the variety of food at the buffet during breakfast, lunch and dinner. the pool allocation system worked. i chose a specific area for sun beds. it was great.
the wifi was not good. i used a lot of phone data throughout the week.

attentive staff excellent food sunbed reservation
I found the staff very attentive and friendly throughout my stay. our room was very very comfy and tidy. Sussana, our room attendant, always were really nice. the food in the restaurants was excellent, and i appreciated how professionally they were managed. the sunbed reservation system by the pool was a game changer. It eliminated the stress of securing a spot each day.

The pools were clean and well kept with ample space for swimming and relaxation. the hotel gardens are highly maintained. the evening entertainment was really good. The all-star team demonstrated immense talent and professionalism in their performances.

the allocated sunbeds were a fantastic idea! it made mornings stress-free as i didn't have to rush to secure a spot. the main restaurant had lovely food too. there was always plenty of choice available.
the room was a bit of a letdown. it wasn't as clean as i expected, especially the carpets. i noticed stains and some dust in the corners. also, i found the lack of information upon arrival annoying.

the hotel offered sun bed allocation upon arrival, easing relaxation. i could always find my allocated beds. the food was delicious with great variety at all on-site restaurants. the staff were friendly and always greeted you, smiling as they passed.
